This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to eligible membership and platform payments made through JustJi.
Refund Eligibility
Where a payment is eligible for refund under the applicable membership or purchase terms, a refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the successful payment.
The refund eligibility period is calculated using the applicable transaction time maintained by the platform and payment records, based on Indian Standard Time (IST) where relevant.
After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour refund eligibility period has expired, the refund request option may automatically become unavailable. Refund requests submitted after the applicable eligibility period may not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
Eligible users may submit a refund request through the available account or dashboard functionality during the applicable eligibility period.

Duplicate Requests
Duplicate refund requests for the same successful payment may be prevented by the platform.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may be processed through the applicable payment gateway or original payment method, subject to payment-provider capabilities and applicable transaction rules.
Once a refund request is received, the user may receive confirmation by email. Processing and settlement of an approved refund may take up to 7 working days, depending on the payment provider and banking systems.
Membership and Access
If a payment is successfully refunded, associated membership access, benefits or services may be modified, suspended or cancelled where applicable.
Cancellation
Users may manage or cancel future renewal arrangements where such functionality is available. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund for payments already completed unless the payment qualifies under this policy or applicable law.
